How to Design and Operate a 250mtpd Extruded Soybean Meal Mill?

On February 23, 2016, commissioning of 250t/d Extruded Soybean Meal ProductionLine for Australia and Canada Oils Industrial Co., Ltd located in Beibu Gulf of Fangchenggang port started, and started to yield qualified products successfully. Technical requirements for product quality and process control are extremely strict, even though scale of this project is smaller in contrast with large-scale edible oil processing project. Urease activity, moisture, temperature and protein content are included in main quality control index. The success of commissioning proved again that it is correct to choose Myande.
Earlier, on December 8, 2014, a 2,000t/d rapeseed pre-pressing and extraction production line constructed by Myande Group for Australia and Canada Oils Industrial Co., Ltd was put into smooth production. It only took 12 hours to produce oil and meal after rapeseed was fed into the equipment line. This speed set up a new in the field of rapeseed processing. In order to expand business and enrich product structure, AUSCA in June and October, 2015 signed two other contracts with Myande for one 600t/d vegetable oil refining production line and one 250t/d soybean crushing production line. Customers repeatedly purchased products from Myande mainly because of mutual understanding and trust. This is also a sure evidence of  which was greatest recognition for Myande products. Extruded soybean meal is made from soybean through crushing and wet extrusion process. It retains original nutritional ingredient of soybean with anti-nutritional elements removed. How to Design and Run a Capacity of 500 mtpd Soybean Meal Production Line?

In April, 2016, 500t/d soybean crushing, refining and meal packaging line built by Myande Group for Jining Luxin Oils Company started to yield qualified products successfully.
Jining Luxin Oils Company, previously operating with two 750 t/d oilseed extraction lines, is the largest grain and oil, food processing enterprise in South-west Shandong Province and its comprehensive strength ranks top among the same industry in Shandong Province. The new 500 t/d soybean processing plant will enable Luxin to expand its production scale and to better meet market demand. Myande Group won the trust Luxin with integrated solutions and rich experience in project implementation.
According to the project demand and market characteristic, Myande produced for Luxin a highly custom-made process design featuring advanced processing technology, reliable equipment, energy efficiency, and steady product quality. The process line has the following features:
1.    The pretreatment process incorporates two-stage dehulling system and optimized conditioner heating area and retention time to achieve sufficient softening and ideal elasticity of soybean, to ensure maximum wholeness of flakes. Incorporating Myande key equipment, such as Vertical Oilseed Conditioner, Cracking Mills and Flaking Mills, the complete pre-treatment process has energy-saving and excellent performance features that ensure desirable meal protein content and oil quality.
2.    The evaporation process adopts low-pressure steam as heating source with reasonable configuration of relief valves and control valves to ensure that all equipment work properly with low pressure. Low temperature and low pressure mode of evaporation process is conducive to maintaining stability of evaporation system and reducing impact on edible oil caused by high temperature.
3.     Miscella stripping process incorporates Myande’s plate type bubble stripper featuring compactness, high stripping efficiency, effective reduction of steam consumption, and shortened washing time.
4.     Highly effective heat recovery system in plant ensures crude oil with lower temperature delivered to tanks outside of plant. In addition, steam condensate in plant can be recycled to reduce steam consumption.
5.     Advanced processing technology such as low temperature neutralization, degumming without water, pre-bleaching and re-bleaching, physical deacidification and deodorization, liquid ammonia condensation vacuum system are applied to save energy.

6.     Ventilation system is equipped with high-efficient pulse dust collectors in plant to ensure reasonable concentration of exhaust air.
