How about Myande Vegetable Oil Refining Technology?

Over the past decade, Myande has undertaken and completed more than 30 refining projects, dealing with oil from soybean, corn germ, rapeseed, peanut, rice bran and other oil seeds. These include 6 refinery projects with the capacity of more than 1,000TPD. Myande also has constructed many refinery lines dealing with special oils, such as tea seed oil, sesame oil, cottonseed oil, etc.
Technological innovation featuring safety-first concept
In addition to the conventional acid value and color of the products, modern vegetable oil refining enterprises give priority to index that affects nutrition value and consumer health, such as trans-fatty acids. Based upon this market trend, Myande optimized some production equipment and process technology. Trans-fatty acids are usually produced in the vegetable oil deodorization section due to high deodorization temperature and long deodorization time. According to this characteristic, Myande has developed a new type of parallel bidirectional pumping vacuum combined deodorizer. By using this technology, its packing tower and plate tower have the highest degree of vacuum to make sure that quality of finished oil remains the best and the amount of trans-fatty acid significantly decreases at lower temperature and within shorter deodorization time.

Energy saving, Environmental protection
The modern vegetable oil refining enterprises attach importance to the reduction of production cost. They focus on the plant power consumption, steam consumption, fuel consumption, raw material consumption which influence the production cost. According to customer demand, Myande has designed and developed a new type of deodorization economizer and freezing-condensation deodorization vacuum system. At the same time, the whole production line is equipped with complete automatic control system. Because of the application of above technologies, production electricity consumption, steam consumption and fuel consumption have been reduced.

1) New type of vacuum economizer with characteristic of effective energy saving and high heat recovery efficiency
Myande refinery projects adopt this new type of vacuum economizer to have the heat recovery of deodorized oil in the deodorization section. It adopts thin film technology to realize effective heat recovery to the maximum extent. At the same time, this structure provides stripping effect under high vacuum, which helps to keep the oil quality and reduce the generation of non-nutritive substances such as trans-fatty acids.

2) Freezing - condensation deodorization vacuum system with characteristic of energy saving, environmental protection and low consumption
In the refinery projects, Myande adopts this new type of freezing - condensation deodorization vacuum system. This system is the most advanced vacuum system applied in the deodorization section at present. Compared with other types of vacuum systems, it not only reduces the size of vacuum equipment and reduces plant area, but also protects the environment because of the reduction of waste water. The system is fully automated operation. It runs stably during the operation. Under the circumstances of lowest gas consumption and power consumption, it maintains the highest degree of vacuum deodorization system.

Myande to Supply a Cooking Oil Processing Equipment Line to Pengpai Agriculture

On September 4th, 2016, Myande signed contract with Pengpai Vegetable Oil Co., Ltd by which Myande will supply a complete cooking oil processing equipment line which will be capable of processing peanuts, sunflower seeds, corn germ and other oilseeds.

Pengpai Vegetable Oil Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jilin Pengpai Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., a comprehensive agriculture produce processing group focusing on plantation of ecological and organic agricultural produce and vegetable oil processing.

Zhao Xiangqian, Chairman of Pengpai Ariculture, said that the conclusion of this contract represents a new milestone in the long term cooperation between the two companies. He remarked that this new processing line, capable of yielding 200,000 tons of non-transgenic vegetable oil, will be the largest high end non-transgenic oil in northeast of China. In the future, he said, the two companies will continue working hard together to make progress and to contribute jointly to the general welfare of the society.

Myande Chairman Xu Bin said that China does not lack vegetable oil but there is huge market demand for high-class vegetable oil. Therefore, he said, this project of Pengpai is a good one aimed at meeting this existing market demand. The successful cooperation between Pengpai Agriculture and Myande Group is a result of the common corporate concept and vision of the two companies.

Myande Participated in 25th Annual Symposium of China Cereals and Oils Association

From September 26th to 27th 2016, 25th Annual Symposium of China National Cereals, Oils Association, Oils & Fats Branch, was held in Sanxing Group in Shandong Zhouping. More than 500 representatives from nationwide oils & fats industries, universities, scientific research organizations, and equipment manufacturers attended the event. Myande Group co-sponsored this year’s symposium. Mr. XU Bin, Chairman of Myande Group, was invited to attend this event.

During the symposium, Mrs. ZHANG Guifeng, President of China National Cereals and Mr. WANG Ruiyuan, President of Oils & Fats Branch, when visiting Myande’s stand, gave high appraisal of Myande’s performance in recent years. They confirmed that Oils & Fats engineering projects supplied by Myande Group have reached international advanced level and are taking the lead in the development of China’s oils & fats industry. Participants of the symposium who visited Myande’s stand recognized Myande’s scale of production and manufacture. During the symposium, Myande team had ample discussion with many specialists and entrepreneurs on current status of the oils & fats processing technology, market and development tendency.

The symposium invited numerous well-known specialists to talk about new technologies and equipment relating to vegetable oil extraction, refining and storing, safety and environmental friendliness in vegetable oil processing. Topics of discussion also include formulation and revision of oils & fats standards and detecting techniques etc.

The 4th China-Central and Eastern Europe leaders meeting were held in Suzhou, China on November 24th to 25th. It is the first time China hosts this meeting. Premier Li Keqiang attended the meeting. Myande Participate in International Sunflower Oil Conference and ISOA Launch Ceremony

The First International Sunflower Oil Conference, hosted by APK - Inform Agency and International Sunflower association (ISA), and co-sponsored by Chinese Cereals and Oil Association (CCOA) and Wilmar International, was held in Shanghai. During the conference, the International Sunflower Oil Association (ISOA) was officially established. It is expected that this organization will become the most authoritative and professional association of sunflower oil processing world-wide.
More than 200 experts from 18 countries participated in the conference. Fifteen reports are read during the conference. As a leading oil processing machinery manufacturer and engineering services provider, Myande Group attended the conference.

During the exhibition, Myande team met a large number of new potential customers from home and abroad and consolidated relationship with existing customers. Myande introduced the technical performance and technical advantages of full oil seed processing equipment through multimedia visual aids, and conducted detail technical communication with customers.

“2015 Yangzhou Mayor Quality Prize” was awarded recently. Largest Soybean Crushing Mill in Asia Built by Myande Group

Recently, a 6,000 TPD soybean crushing plant built by Myande Group for Hopeful Grain & Oil Group started operation. Throughout the trial running process, the whole production line ran stably and the produced oil and meal are qualified without any material loss. Mr. Shi Kerong, Chairman of Hopeful Grain & Oil Group and Mr. Xu Bin, Chairman of Myande Group, participated in the first-day trial running ceremony. This project is located in Taizhou City, Jiangsu province, in the heart of the Yangtze River Basin.
“To build a first-class project and become industry benchmark” is the consensus reached at the beginning of this cooperative project between the two Myande and Hopeful. During the construction period, both sides made full use of their capabilities and resources. Hopeful Grain & Oil has mature and rich experience in oil processing, operation and management, while Myande contributed its strong capability in equipment R&D, processand project design, manufacture and automatic control. Both sides paid meticulous attention to all engineering details to ensure complete success of the construction process. On the day of test running, after inspecting the project site, Mr. Shi Kerong gave full affirmation to the engineering construction and remarked that “actual result of this project is better than what he had expected”.

This production line incorporates Myande’s full range of mechanical products, including extractor, energy-efficient DT and DC, hydraulic flaker and cracker, combined tower, freezing condensation system and intelligent control system. In addition, numerous innovative energy saving and environmental protection solutions are adopted. These include exhaust heat recovery, smell elimination, optimized vacuum system, DC exhaust heat and vapor catcher, and re-use of steam condensate. According to Mr. Tian Baodong, technical director of Hopeful Grain & Oil Group, residual solvent in both waste water and exhaust vapor has “reached the best index in the industry”. At present, the complete line is yielding qualified product at its full designed capacity.

What is the process of corn germ oil refining?

Recently, commissioning of one 75,000 TPY corn oil refining project built by Myande for Carepal Oil Co.,Ltd of Tiancheng Group successfully completed. The successful commissioning of the project has set a solid foundation for Tiancheng’s strategic plan to go public in 2016, and will support and safeguard its program to strengthen “Carepal” brand. In addition, the completion of this new refinery line symbolizes a major step forward of Tiancheng Group in its globalization and capitalization process.
The process design of this new refining line incorporates Myande’s rich experience gained from undertaking numerous refinery projects as well as the most advanced edible oil refinery technology with sufficient attention paid to the customer’s specific requirements. The project adopts Myande’s patented equalized-pressure deodorization tower system, which effectively dealt with high acidity and hard-to-bleach features of corn germ oil. All technical parameters of the final product are better than those specified in the contract. In addition, the Myande’s fully continuous dewaxing technology ensures that freezing time of Grade I oil is far more better than the national standard at 5.5 hours. 
Following the national regulations promoting energy saving and emission reduction, the complete process design involves meticulous heat transfer calculation for the purpose of fully recovery and recycle of exhaust heat from deodorized oil. In particular:

1. The incorporation of Myande patented falling film economizer ensures that temperature of old oil entering deodorization tower increases to 225℃ through heat exchange with hot deodorized oil. This effectively reduces consumption of high pressure steam by making full use of heat from deodorized oil.

2. The falling film type economizer adopts the vacuum cooling technology that eliminates the need for extra mixing steam, and thus reduces steam consumption and load on the vacuum system. 

3. In continuous and stable running mode, the complete refinery line requires almost no steam for oil heating purpose.

4. The deodorization vacuum system, adopting surface cooling water condensation vacuum technology, consumes only 1/3 steam as compared to the traditional four-stage steam ejector. Considering the geographical location of the project, the vacuum system is designed to use cooling tower instead of chiller when ambient temperature falls below 7℃.
Myande has undertaken more than 110 oils & fats  projects worldwide, including five 1,000 t/d (largest in China) refinery projects, many corn oil refinery projects, the largest rice bran oil refinery project in China and sunflower seeds oil and cotton seeds oil refinery projects.

How to Design and Operate a 250mtpd Extruded Soybean Meal Mill?

On February 23, 2016, commissioning of 250t/d Extruded Soybean Meal ProductionLine for Australia and Canada Oils Industrial Co., Ltd located in Beibu Gulf of Fangchenggang port started, and started to yield qualified products successfully. Technical requirements for product quality and process control are extremely strict, even though scale of this project is smaller in contrast with large-scale edible oil processing project. Urease activity, moisture, temperature and protein content are included in main quality control index. The success of commissioning proved again that it is correct to choose Myande.
Earlier, on December 8, 2014, a 2,000t/d rapeseed pre-pressing and extraction production line constructed by Myande Group for Australia and Canada Oils Industrial Co., Ltd was put into smooth production. It only took 12 hours to produce oil and meal after rapeseed was fed into the equipment line. This speed set up a new in the field of rapeseed processing. In order to expand business and enrich product structure, AUSCA in June and October, 2015 signed two other contracts with Myande for one 600t/d vegetable oil refining production line and one 250t/d soybean crushing production line. Customers repeatedly purchased products from Myande mainly because of mutual understanding and trust. This is also a sure evidence of  which was greatest recognition for Myande products. Extruded soybean meal is made from soybean through crushing and wet extrusion process. It retains original nutritional ingredient of soybean with anti-nutritional elements removed. How to Design and Run a Capacity of 500 mtpd Soybean Meal Production Line?

In April, 2016, 500t/d soybean crushing, refining and meal packaging line built by Myande Group for Jining Luxin Oils Company started to yield qualified products successfully.
Jining Luxin Oils Company, previously operating with two 750 t/d oilseed extraction lines, is the largest grain and oil, food processing enterprise in South-west Shandong Province and its comprehensive strength ranks top among the same industry in Shandong Province. The new 500 t/d soybean processing plant will enable Luxin to expand its production scale and to better meet market demand. Myande Group won the trust Luxin with integrated solutions and rich experience in project implementation.
According to the project demand and market characteristic, Myande produced for Luxin a highly custom-made process design featuring advanced processing technology, reliable equipment, energy efficiency, and steady product quality. The process line has the following features:
1.    The pretreatment process incorporates two-stage dehulling system and optimized conditioner heating area and retention time to achieve sufficient softening and ideal elasticity of soybean, to ensure maximum wholeness of flakes. Incorporating Myande key equipment, such as Vertical Oilseed Conditioner, Cracking Mills and Flaking Mills, the complete pre-treatment process has energy-saving and excellent performance features that ensure desirable meal protein content and oil quality.
2.    The evaporation process adopts low-pressure steam as heating source with reasonable configuration of relief valves and control valves to ensure that all equipment work properly with low pressure. Low temperature and low pressure mode of evaporation process is conducive to maintaining stability of evaporation system and reducing impact on edible oil caused by high temperature.
3.     Miscella stripping process incorporates Myande’s plate type bubble stripper featuring compactness, high stripping efficiency, effective reduction of steam consumption, and shortened washing time.
4.     Highly effective heat recovery system in plant ensures crude oil with lower temperature delivered to tanks outside of plant. In addition, steam condensate in plant can be recycled to reduce steam consumption.
5.     Advanced processing technology such as low temperature neutralization, degumming without water, pre-bleaching and re-bleaching, physical deacidification and deodorization, liquid ammonia condensation vacuum system are applied to save energy.

6.     Ventilation system is equipped with high-efficient pulse dust collectors in plant to ensure reasonable concentration of exhaust air.

How to Design 5,000TPD Soybean Crushing and Oil Refining Plant?

In May, 2015, Myande Group and Hopeful Grain & Oil Group successfully signed a contract by which Myande will undertake for Hopeful a major project in Taizhou city, Jiangsu Province. The new project consists of a 5,000MTPD soybean preparation, extraction, water degumming, phospholipid production line and a 1,000MTPD refining production line. This new project will not only accelerate Hopeful’s global operation initiative, but also marks a major step forward of Myande’s engineering technology and capability in undertaking large oil projects with capacity of 5,000 TPD or above.
